How to Join

Fill out and submit an application (found here) to our membership director along with bond payment. You may also include yearly dues with your bond.

Stonecrest Swim Club follows a bond system in accordance with our by-laws.

Upon initial application, all new members are required to pay a one-time bond of $500.
Bond holders must renew their bond’s active status each year by paying Club dues for that particular year.
Bonds are non-transferrable.
Bonds that are not kept active will be declared null and void. These bonds will not be added to the resignation list.

2025 Dues for membership are $575.00. A reduced price of $550 is offered if paid by check and must be received by April 15, 2025
After April 15, a $50 late fee will be added.
Dues not paid by April 30 will be deducted from the bond value as stated in our by-laws.

A Stonecrest Swim Club membership is inclusive of 2 adults and children (age 26 or below) living at the same address.

Have a babysitter or grandparent who helps with the kiddos? That’s no problem. Add them to your membership for $50 and they can accompany any member of your family to the pool! Only one sitter or grandparent may be present at the pool at a time when using this add-on.
The more the merrier!
We offer guest passes for $5.00 per day per guest.
Guest pass books are available for purchase, the cost is $40 for 10 passes.
Children 11 and under require adult supervision at the pool- if you can’t make it, consider adding a grandparent or babysitter to your membership!
Sure! As long as there is no glass and they are not consumed in the pool or on the pool deck.
- Bonds can only be paid with check or money order.
- Dues can be paid via check, or credit card
- Snack bar and guest passes can be paid with cash or Venmo!

Our resignation process is simple.
First, please email the membership director with your request to resign from the pool.
Next, they will contact you to confirm receipt.
Finally, wait for your bond return based on new membership (one-in one-out system)
